The carving board and chopping boards are made of the same high-quality materials as Profboard Professional | Series 270.
Thanks to special recesses on their backs, the carving and chopping boards can be fitted directly on top of the Profboard Professional | Series 270 base board.
Fitting a carving or chopping board to your base board provides a stable surface for carving or filleting large cuts of meat and chopping a variety of meat and vegetables.
Profboard Professional | Series 370 is 100% Danish made and the materials are naturally food approved.
All the materials used in the carving and chopping boards can either be recycled or disposed of in a way that does not harm the environment.

PEHD Cutting Boards
Carving board in 20 mm PEHD (polyethylene high-density) with juice groove. The carving board is ideal for carving hot meat and roasts. Red chopping board in 20 mm PEHD (polyethylene high-density).
